Fresh off the HUGE announcement that IMPACT Wrestling partnered with top streaming service DAZN for an international distribution deal, IMPACT Wrestling has also secured the services of a top Knockout for years to come.
Jim Varsallone of the Miami Herald took to his social media Twitter account to announce the signing during a recent interview with Tasha.
“IMPACT gets more flava, and I’m glad to deliver it for the next few years.”
Tasha Steelz signed a multi-year contract with IMPACT Wrestling in May of 2020. Now, it sounds like she’ll be around for years to come.
She’s a former 2x IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Champion with her former partner and current AEW talent Kiera Hogan; they were known as Fire N Flava. Tasha is also a former 1x IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts World Champion, defeating Knockouts legend, “Hardcore Country” Mickie James at IMPACT Wrestling LIVE event, Sacrifice 2022.
Tasha Steelz recently competed with Savannah Evans to take on the current IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Champions, Death Dolls – Taya Valkyrie & Jeasicka – at the Overdrive LIVE event on November 18th. The pair fell short, but put up a great fight in the match. Tasha was chasing her 3rd Knockouts Tag Team title run, Savannah her first.
Tasha had been feuding with Killer Kelly prior to running a rye of the Death Dolls.
This is great news for both Tasha and IMPACT. Many fans look forward to seeing her grace their television screens for years to come.
