The ROH Women’s Champion is back on TV!
Athena battled Madison Rayne on AEW Rampage, where a more vicious side of Athena was shown. After Athena picked up the win, she dropped referee Aubrey Edwards with a punch then started to go back on the attack of Madison. Suddenly, Mercdes Martinez brand new music hit and she made her way to the ring, trying to get in the face of Athena, but, Anthea took off and scrambled out of the ring.
We haven’t seen Mercedes since earlier this summer when she was injured following ROH’s last pay-per-view. But, now she’s back and has her sights set on Athena.
