IMPACT Wrestling Announces Pre Show (BTI) Match, Plus Another New Match for 11/17 Go-Home Episode of IMPACTonASXTV Before LIVE Overdrive Event
IMPACT Wrestling took to their social media Twitter account to announce the Before The Impact (BTI) pre show match that will lead into this week’s episode tonight. Andrew Everett will be taking on former NJPW talent Yuya Uemura.
The last time Andrew Everett was in an IMPACT ring was for Slammiversary, when he replace Jack Evans in a 6 man Ultimate X match for the X Division Title. He battled with Trey Miguel, Kenny King, Alex Zayne, Ace Austin, and “Speedball” Mike Bailey. Everett fell short in the match as Mike Bailey came out the victor.
Yuya Uemura recently lost to PJ Black as part of the X Division Title tournament, who is currently slated to take on Black Taurus in the next round of the tournament, in which the winner will take in Trey Miguel at Overdrive to crown a new X Division Champion at Overdrive tomorrow night.
Yuya has been a constant talent here with IMPACT Wrestling, originally coming over as one of the young New Japan Pro Wrestling talent, and now is a free agent who’s stuck around.
Also announced recently, IMPACT Wrestling took to their social media Twitter account to make it known that Laredo Kid would be taking on Rich Swann.
The last time we saw Laredo Kid in an IMPACT ring he was taking on Black Taurus as part of the X Division Title tournament.
The match was filmed during IMPACT’s Sin City Showdown loop, and before that match aired on television, Laredo Kid had to be rushed to emergency surgery due to a rupture intestine after a match with Vikingo in Mexico.
Laredo Kid provided an update that he was home and started the recovery process.
The staff at Bodyslam.Net continue to wish Laredo Kid a speedy recovery.
