The ROH Women’s Champion has returned.
Mercedes Martinez has been out of action since July after she suffered an injury. She is currently the ROH Women’s Champion and last defended the title in the ROH Death Before Dishonor 2022 Pay-Per-View against Serena Deeb. After this, Mercedes was out of action but that is no more. Ahead of tonight’s AEW Dynamite, AEW taped their Dark Elevation show that airs on Monday’s on the AEW YouTube Channel and Mercedes Martinez made her return on the Tapings, even apparently having a new theme song!
Mercedes has returned just in time for Decembers Final Battle Pay-Per-View which is held in Arlington, Texas on December 10th. We’ll have to wait and see if Mercedes gets an opponent for the show.
