Thunder Rosa is still on the shelf.
Thunder Rosa posted a new Instagram video where she is seen in Mexico, being honored on the Tijuana Walk of Fame and carrying the AEW Women’s Championship. During the video, she addressed her current status.
Shoutout to the whole AEW Women’s Division, you guys are doing great. I’m getting better. Time is coming. I’m coming back soon, I know you guys are really eager to when I’m coming back, the news will come later. I’m sorry I don’t have a timeline.

Thunder Rosa previously said she was aiming to return in January, but that’s not a set date. Rosa has been out of action since the August 24th edition of AEW Dynamite, causing AEW to introduce an Interim Women’s World Championship, which is currently held by Toni Storm.
