Update On WWE’s Interest In Mia Yim

Further fuel to the fire of WWE looking to bring back in the former NXT star.

Mia Yim recently spent 5 months with Impact Wrestling, but she wrapped up her time with the company after Bound For Glory. Since then, the pro wrestling world hasn’t heard much from her. However, since Triple H took over creative control of WWE, we have seen returning women’s stars such as Dakota Kai, IYO SKY and Emma.

Now, per Fightful Select, WWE has interest in bringing back yet another female wrestler who was released during the pandemic, and that is Mia Yim.

WWE has interest in bringing Mia Yim back to the company. Yim was released by WWE in November 2021 after a run on WWE Raw as Reckoning, and being swapped between brands without appearing anywhere. Yim actually didn’t wrestle any matches for 15 months while being parked by WWE and having her non-compete run out.

Mia Yim’s last run on the WWE main roster did not go according to plan. Then again, Triple H wasn’t booking her at the time as she was a member of the Retribution faction, wrestling under the name Reckoning.
