Carmella reveals she has suffered a tremendous loss.
Carmella has been out of the limelight for quite some time, and now she has revealed to the world why. Carmella announced on her Instagram that she had suffered a miscarriage in September, leading to her requiring treatment for an Ectopic Pregnancy earlier today.
