Update On If Luke Gallows And Karl Anderson Will Be Allowed To Finish Up Commitments With NJPW

It looks like we now know if the team will be allowed to finish up their commitments with NJPW.

Earlier this week, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson returned to WWE on Monday Night RAW in order to provide AJ Styles some backup against Judgement Day.

Now, Dave Meltzer reports in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that it appears the pair will end up finishing their commitments to NJPW despite signing for WWE.

“Anderson & Gallows had not signed a New Japan deal. Anderson at one point said he would never return to WWE, but more recently had said he was open to an offer. Anderson is the Never champion with New Japan and is still scheduled to defend against Hikuleo on 11/5 in Osaka. Because both really owe their careers to New Japan, it appears they are going to be allowed to finish up commitments there.”

Anderson is the current NEVER champion with New Japan as Dave mentioned. Time will tell to what degree the tag team will appear at NJPW events going forward.
