Finn Balor is not a quitter.
At Extreme Rules tonight, Finn Balor will go one on one with Edge in an I Quit match that has billowed since Finn Balor usurped Edge as the leader of Judgement Day. Along with Priest, Dominik and Rhea Ripley, they have tortured Edge and at Extreme Rules, it will come to a head with the two men squaring off.
Finn Balor told Josh Martinez on Superstar Crossover about how excited he is for the match, guaranteeing he will not say the words ‘I Quit.’
“Obviously, from a personal standpoint, I’d given up the idea of ever sharing a ring with Edge a long time ago, when he retired 11 years ago. You kind of lose the spark of hope that was reignited when he returned at Royal Rumble a couple of years ago. Even then, that was something that — I wasn’t fully convinced that we were ever going to get an opportunity to stand in the ring with Edge. But, the match is here, it’s advertised. So it’s definitely gonna happen. Nothing’s really gonna change unless there’s some cataclysmic global event. I’m excited. I’m focused. I’m ready and I can guarantee you I will not say ‘I quit.'”

The match is scheduled to take place tonight at the Extreme Rules PLE and we will find out if Balor was telling the truth in this interview.
