It appears that extreme measures were put in place to bring talent into Friday’s SmackDown taping.
Hurricane Ian caused a lot of issues in the world of pro wrestling this week as it struck the state of Florida. With many WWE talents living in or around the Florida area, this created an issue for this Friday’s SmackDown. It appears however that WWE went to extreme measures to bring in talent.
As reported by Fightful Select, WWE chartered a flight from Florida in order to make sure talent would arrive at the tapings on time.
Friday’s SmackDown had several talents who crossed over from the red brand, with the main event of the show featuring five WWE RAW stars.
