The pro wrestling and MMA legend has sadly passed away.
News was broken in the early hours in Japan on October first that legendary wrestler and martial artist Antonio Inoki had sadly passed away. Yahoo Japan broke the news.
Inoki began his professional wrestling career in the 1960s for the Japanese Wrestling Association (JWA) under the tutelage of Rikidōzan. Inoki quickly became one of the most popular stars in the history of Japanese professional wrestling. Inoki was also made famous for a hybrid bout with famous boxer Muhammed Ali. Inoki was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2010.
