Saraya made her AEW debut at AEW Grand Slam earlier this week and the reaction to her appearance was stunning.
The question on everyone’s mind after the segment was simple, is Saraya cleared to compete? Saraya has been dealing with long term neck injuries and has not been cleared to compete for quite some time.
Dave Meltzer noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that as of very recently, Saraya is not cleared to compete.
Saraya had not been cleared as of very recently, which would explain her not touching anyone during her AEW debut, but would like to be cleared.

For now, Saraya is not cleared but time will tell if she will be cleared to compete but for now, Saraya will not be stepping into the ring for a match.
