It looks like Hardy’s return continues to get closer.
‘The Charismatic Enigma’ has been in rehab since his latest DUI arrest. Recently, Matt Hardy has repeatedly stated that his brother will be back in the ring soon and to expect ‘a new Jeff Hardy’.
Now, Dave Meltzer has confirmed that Jeff will be out of rehab and back in the ring soon in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Hardy was indefinitely suspended by AEW when he was arrested on his latest DUI, with it being noted by Tony Khan and AEW that Jeff would not be allowed to return until he participated in rehab for his substance abuse issues.
