An explanation has been given regarding Ace Steel deciding to take a bite out of Kenny Omega.
When the altercation backstage at All Out 2022 got physical, there were several parts of the exchange that caught the attention of fans. One of these parts was Ace Steel biting Kenny Omega. Now, we have an explanation as to why.
Dave Meltzer reports in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that an explanation was given, and it is that Ace believed Omega was attempting to choke him. Other accounts suggest that Omega attempted to play peacemaker and separate those brawling.
The explanation on that is that Steel believed Omega was trying to crossface or choke him so Steel bit Omega as he was trying to separate Steel and Nick.

Time will tell if this will help Steel in the outside investigation into what happened backstage at the PPV. In less chaotic news, the PPV did around 140,000 buys.
