IMPACT Wrestling officially announced on Twitter this morning that Brian Myers will defend the IMPACT Digital Media Title against Bhupinder Gujjar on the September 8 episode of IMPACTonAXSTV in a LADDER Match!

On the August 25th episode of IMPACT, Bhupinder Gujjar took on 2022 Gut Check winner Jason Hotch and Myers was at ringside with his Digital Media title. Gujjar wins the match against Hotch.

Myers comes into the ring after the match and lays out Gujjar. Gujjar gets up after the ref refuses to count the pin (for a non-sanctioned match), Gujjar gets up and lays out Myers. Steals his title and leaves.

Then, this past week, Brian Myers confronted Scott D’Amore backstage to demand he make Bhupinder Gujjar give Myers his Digital Media title belt back, but Gujjar knocked Myers out cold with a fist to the head. Gujjar laid the belt on Myers’ chest.

This should be an interesting conclusion to the story between these two.
