Bobby Lashley Accepts US Title Steel Cage Match With The Miz For 9/5 WWE Raw

The Miz and Bobby Lashley will battle it out for the United States Championship on this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW.

Bobby Lashley and The Miz have been working together for the last month on WWE TV, and with The Miz’s latest escapades with Dexter Lumis, he feels a Steel Cage match should protect him from unwanted interference. Miz challenged Lashley to the match in a social media post during WWE Clash At The Castle.

The fact that the #USChampionship is not represented at #WWECastle is a slap in the face to every legend who has ever held it. Shortly after, Lashley would respond in a tweet of his own.

The match is now official and will feature on Monday’s RAW.
