WWE have confirmed that Lacey Evans is out of action with a medical related issue.
Lacey Evans has not been seen on WWE TV for quite some time now after the start of her new character turning heel falling flat. However, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful now reports WWE have given a reason for this.
It is worth noting, as fans mention in the reply to the tweet, that WWE gave a similar response to Nikkita Lyons not being available for WWE’s trip across the Canadian border, while fans point out if a star is injured it is usually said the star is not medically cleared.
