United Empires Mark Davis Set For PROGRESS Return

United Empire’s and Aussie Open’s Mark Davis is set to return to PROGRESS for the first time since 2019, at PROGRESS’ Copperhead this Saturday the 13th of August.

Mark Davis has been added to the Atlas Championship match originally between Man Like Dereiss and Champion Luke Jacobs turning the match into a triple threat. The announcement was made earlier this evening via PROGRESS’ social media;

Mark Davis is one half the Aussie Open tag team alongside Kyle Fletcher, the pair are former two time PROGRESS tag team champions, during their time at PROGRESS they have great rivalries with the likes of CCK, Swords of Essex and the Grizzled Young Veterans.

Aussie Open joined Will Ospreay’s United Empire last year, since joining the United Empire the pair have made their debuts for New Japan Strong recently winning the NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Championships. The pair have also made their debuts for AEW alongside Will Ospreay and are set to be part of the upcoming AEW Trio’s Championship Tournament.
