Johnny Gargano is back on TV…! Kind of.
Alex Shelley is set to battle Josh Alexander for the IMPACT World Championship at Emergence. Alex Shelley is a legend in the pro-wrestling world, despite never holding a world title. Ahead of the big match, IMPACT made a promo package of talent praising Shelley on the July 28 edition of the show. Gargano appeared alongside several other IMPACT stars to talk about the legacy of Alex Shelley going into the big match.
This is Gargano’s first TV appearance since leaving WWE/NXT last year. Johnny Gargano is set to host a panel to discuss his future in the business as a part of this weekend’s Starrcast festivities.
