Jonathan Gresham vs. Claudio Castagnoli? Yes please!
On tonight’s AEW Rampage, Jonathan Gresham defended his ROH World Championship against Lee Moriarty, where Gresham picked up the win. After the match, Gresham alongside Tully Blanchard cut a promo saying how Jonathan Gresham is the best in the world, and he will be here every week to out wrestle everyone’s favorites. He was suddenly interrupted by Claudio Castagnoli who stood on the ramp and stared down the ROH World Champion. Following the segment, Claudio posted a tweet on his twitter.
Minutes later on AEW Rampage, it was made official. At ROH Death Before Dishonor, Jonathan Gresham will defend his ROH World Title against Claudio Castagnoli.
Claudio is a former ROH competitor but never held the ROH World Title. Now, he has the opportunity on July 23rd.
