The WWE Hall Of Famer’s legal trouble’s continue.

For those unaware, Tammy Lynn Sytch, formerly known as Sunny, has been embroiled in criminal charges since earlier this year. The charges stem from an accident Sytch was deemed to have caused while under the influence of alcohol. An elderly man involved in the crash passed away due to his injuries with Sytch being charged with his death. Sytch faces up to 30 years in prison and most recently, her lawyer had filed to be removed from her case.

According to PW Insider, Sytch is requesting a public defender in her case because she is broke.

Tammy Sytch filed a petition with Volusia County Court in Florida on 6/30, seeking to be given “criminal indigent status”, meaning that since she is without sufficient income to afford a lawyer for defense in her criminal case, she is requesting a public defender to assist her in her DUI-related criminal case.

In her petition seeking a public defender, Sytch stated that she has $2,500 in bank accounts, has zero income and has “total liabilities and debts” totaling $28,000.  There is no word if those debts would include the fees and penalties she owes to courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Sytch had been running an OnlyFans page at the time of her arrest.

As mentioned previously, if Sytch is convicted she will face up to thirty years in prison. Things certainly do not look promising for the former WWE valet.
