High praise from a Hall Of Famer.
Theory has had an interesting run on the WWE main roster since being called up from NXT. He has been given a role that has been used many times in the past as he is the latest in a long line of chosen ones by Vince McMahon. Theory is the youngest US Champion of all time and is expected to face John Cena at SummerSlam.
While speaking on WWE’s The Bump, JBL talked about Austin Theory’s current run in WWE. JBL stated that he believes Austin Theory has unlimited potential.
“This kid is so talented… He reminds me of Dick Murdock. Dick Murdock was one of the most talented guys in the world and he would do crzy stuff just because he could, because he had that much talent. He’d dig himself into a hole and he’d figure out a way to get out of it. Theory is the same way. I mean this kid has unlimited potential.”

Time will tell what kind of potential Theory has in the long run within the WWE but for now, he is feuding with Bobby Lashley heading into Money In The Bank this Saturday.
