Samoa Joe Reveals Why He Did Not Have A Video Tribute For IMPACT’s 20 Year Anniversary

Samoa Joe wasn’t asked to send in a video for IMPACT’s anniversary.

At IMPACT’s PPV Slammiversary, there were several video packages from some of the most important names in the companies history. AJ Styles and Sting both sent in videos for the show, with Styles thanking the WWE for allowing him to do it.

Many questioned why Joe did not send in a video for the show and he revealed on twitter that he was not asked to send one:

Dearest cackling hens. I wasn’t asked, or available, and it should not mar a great milestone set by Impact. Happy Anniversary, and my best going forward to all involved .

Of course, IMPACT could not air packages for every major star they’d had in their twenty year history but it would have been nice to see another TNA original paying tribute to the promotion.
