Tony Khan has confirmed some big news ahead of Dynamite.
Tonight on AEW Dynamite, we are scheduled to see multiple Owen Hart tournament match-ups, including two joker participants. The women’s joker will face Britt Baker with the men’s tournament joker squaring off with Samoa Joe. Speculation has ran wild over who will be the joker with no inclination of who the jokers will be until today.
On Busted Open Radio, Tony Khan confirmed that the Jokers will be debuts, indicating that they’re not stars currently on the AEW roster. Khan also referred to the debuting names as ‘fun arrivals’.
