Roman Reigns No Longer In Hell In A Cell Plans

Roman Reigns may become the latest champion to become part-time.

Over the last month or so, there has been much speculation regarding Roman Reigns’ status within WWE. It has been reported that he will be leaving for Hollywood at some point soon. He also signed a new deal which will feature less house shows.

Now however, it appears Reigns will miss the next WWE premium live event, Hell In A Cell. On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Roman Reigns is now off the show:

“Basically, Roman Reigns is not going to be on every pay-per-view. He’s off the Chicago show… He will be doing pay-per-views this Summer. Even though he was removed from all the advertising after June 24, I believe it is, yeah, June 24 in Austin… But he’s been removed from all advertising from house shows, TVs, everything except for the two stadium shows.”

Time will tell what WWE will do regarding Hell In A Cell without their world champion. Hopefully it will be the only pay-per-view Roman misses during the summer.
