Kevin Owens Didn’t Know What To Expect From Stone Cold At WrestleMania 38

Kevin Owens is a damn good professional wrestler.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Kevin Owens had re-signed with the WWE for a number of years. Most fans were disappointed with this news as they had hoped to see Owens join AEW. However, Owens has remained a prominent member of the RAW brand. While as of late he has had his hands full with Ezekiel, prior to that, Owens was in a program with Stone Cold Steve Austin that led to a match at WrestleMania 38.

Speaking about working with Stone Cold, Kevin Owens told Tim Donnelly on the Tim Donnelly Show what the experience was like:

“It was very interesting for me as well because I really didn’t know what to expect. That’s the funny part. I knew he and I were going to be in the same ring, I knew we were going to talk some trash, obviously, and I had a pretty good feeling it was going to breakdown into a fight at some point, but I had no idea the scope of the fight. I didn’t know. For it to all turn out the way it did, I really can’t think of a better scenario. Everybody loved it so much, everybody watching it. More importantly, I speak for myself, but I think I can speak for him as well, the two people in the ring doing it had as much fun as everybody watching. That’s really the best outcome possible,”
