Sunny Arrested And Facing Nine Different Charges After Fatal Car Accident Earlier This Year

Tammy Sytch, formerly known as Sunny, is no stranger to being on the wrong side of the law.

Recently we reported Sytch had been involved in a car crash that lead to an elderly man passing away. It was said to have been Sytch’s fault and she was said to be under the influence at the time of the crash.

Now, per Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Sytch was arrested this week. She is being processed in Daytona Beach and is currently facing nine charges, including “DUI Manslaughter, Driving with a suspended or revoked license (causing death or serious injury), and seven counts of DUI causing damage to a person or propery,” after she was involved in a car crash which resulted in the death of a 75-year-old man back in March.

A civil lawsuit was filed against Tammy Sytch and her boyfriend James F. Pente by the estate of Julian L. Lasseter, the man that was killed on March 25th in the accident involving Sytch. The lawsuit is seeking “in excess of $30,000.”

Sytch could be facing up to 30 years in prison, which a four year minimum sentence, as well as up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted. Her bond for that charge is currently set at $200,000, while the bonds for her other charges total an additional $27,500.

It appears that due to her issues with the law, Sunny may be going to prison for a lengthy stretch.
