Jeff Hardy Qualifies For Owen Hart Cup On Dynamite

Jeff Hardy has done a lot in professional wrestling as not only a tag team wrestler but as a singles star also. He has held multiple championships and is one of the highest regarded legends in the industry. He is also likely on the final run of his career so will be ticking off some big matches before he retires.

AEW Dynamite opened with a Owen Hart tournament qualifier between Jeff Hardy and Bobby Fish. Adam Cole was on commentary for the match, while Sting and Darby Allin watched from the rafters. The match featured some fun spots – including a pin into kneebar transition that was smooth. Jeff Hardy would eventually win the match with a Swanton bomb, qualifying for the Owen Hart Cup.

Following the match, The Young Bucks made their way to the ring. They briefly faced off with The Hardy Brothers, teasing a future match. No blows were exchanged and Jeff will join Darby Allin, Adam Cole and more in the Owen Hart Cup when it begins next week on Dynamite.
