Fan Suing AEW For Violating The Americans With Disabilities Act

Law suits are not uncommon in the world of celebrities and entertainment. Usually it is due to some kind of dispute relating to any number of reasons. Some notable wrestling related lawsuits include Matt Hardy and TNA’s dispute and Hulk Hogan’s lawsuit regarding breach of privacy by the tabloid Gawker.

A plaintiff has submitted a lawsuit against AEW for violating the American’s with disability act. The lawsuit alleges AEWShop.com is not accessible for the visually impaired. You can see the details regarding the lawsuit in the tweet from Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics below:

It is worth noting that a similar lawsuit was filed against the WWE in 2020 and the two parties settled out of court.

Time will tell if this becomes a problem for Tony Khan and All Elite Wrestling.
