Drake Maverick Says He Would Tell His 18 Year Old Self To Quit The Business

Drake Maverick has been signed to the WWE since 2017 and it looks like the star may be frustrated with how he is being used or the lack thereof. Maverick saw some success as the general manager of 205 live and as briefly managing “The Authors Of Pain,” but it’s safe to say the biggest light was shined on him during his feud with R-Truth, in which he would eventually win the 24/7 Title.

Since then he has been fairly seen on tv only to make a few appearances here and there and it looks like he is becoming frustrated. In a tweet posted earlier today Chris Van Vliet would throw out a question asking, “You meet your 18-year old self and you’re only allowed to say 3 words. What do you say?”. Maverick would respond with a very telling response and say” Quit The Business”.

You meet your 18-year old self and you’re only allowed to say 3 words. What do you say?

Drake Maverick responded

Quit The Business

In early 2020 Drake was released from the company but would then receive a contract after he released a heartfelt video.
