Former WWE Superstar Makes His First Appearance Following Release At F1RST Wrestling’s Wrestlepalooza 18

Tonight, F1rst Wrestling held their Wrestlepalooza 18 event, which had been rescheduled from June 26, 2020 due to the pandemic.

At Wrestlepalooza 18, the main event was F1rst wrestling owner and indie legend Arik Cannon vs. Ariya Daivari who made his return after a five year stint in WWE. Daivari was released from WWE back on June 25th of this year.

Ariya got the victory and was welcomed home by the hometown crowd at the world renowned First Avenue. Ariya said that the door at F1rst is open to anyone in New Japan, MLW, NWA, ROH and AEW.

Wrestlepalooza champion AEW Star Darius Martin answered the call and came out. Martin said he wasn’t medically cleared to wrestle but when he is, he will take on Daivari for the Championship.

Ariya’s last Wrestlepalooza was in January of 2017. The same Wrestlepalooza that Darius Martin, then known as Air Wolf debuted with F1RST Wrestling.
