Two Debuts Set For Progress Wrestling’s Chapter 117: Making Diamonds

Chapter 117: Making Diamonds will air this weekend on the 14th August available to stream on peacock streaming service from 12pm EST in the US and the WWE Network from 5pm everywhere else.

Since the restart of Progress Wrestling following on from the Covid lockdown as well as the speaking out movement, they have debuted several young British talents. Whether it’s been through the Natural Progression series such as Danny Black, Warren Banks, Kid Lykos II, Elijah or the Tag Team Tournament that debuted the Greedy Souls Brendan White and Danny Jones as well as the Smoking Ace’s Charlie Sterling and Nick Riley.

Many of these talents have gone on to establish themselves in Progress since that time, such as Kid Lykos II who is currently is one half of the Progress Tag Team Champions or Charlie Sterling who recently challenged Cara Noir for the Progress Championship. On the next chapter of Progress Wrestling, Chapter 117: Making Diamonds to new future stars are set to make their debuts with Hari Singh and Ronnie Knocks who were announced to face Spike Trivet and Taonga respectively. The matches were announced via Progress Wrestling social media channels yesterday evening.

Hari Singh

Hari Singh actually made his backstage debut for Progress Wrestling on the last chapter, in a segment that where he was attacked back stage by Spike Trivet leading to this match up. Singh (24) has been a pro wrestler for approx 5 years and is an explosively quick fighter who has made a name of himself with Full Force wrestling, Wrestling Resurgence and South West Wrestling. He has also wrestled in Portugal with Centro De Treinos De Wrestling.

Ronnie Knocks

Ronnie Knocks actually made her debut at Progress Wrestling Chapter 100: Unboxing IV a New Hope, under the ring name Nye-oh in a mixed tag match that saw her compete against Mercedez Blaze so its fitting that she faces off against Blaze’s new partner. Knocks’ was trained by WWE NXT Trainer Robbie Brookside and is a technical submission dynamo drawing on inspirations from wrestlers like Zack Sabre Jr and Dean Malenko. Knocks has also competed for promotions such UKPW, South West Wrestling, Burning Hearts and Head Drop Wrestling.

You can catch them in action along other matches including Charlie Sterling vs Kid Lykos, Dean Allmark vs Ethan Allen, Luke Jacobs vs Warren Banks and Alexxis Falcon vs Gisele Shaw vs Mercedez Blaze at Progress Chapter 117.
