While Kairi Sane wasn’t allowed to compete at Stardom’s 10th Anniversary show on March 3rd, the WWE allowed one of their other stars to make an appearance.
Io Shirai was featured in a video posted by Stardom’s YouTube channel and is now featured on the company’s YouTube channel. Shirai was with the company from 2011 to 2018 and was a two time World of Stardom Champion.
It is speculated the WWE allowed this because it wasn’t an actual physical appearance, despite Sane not being an on-air performer anymore. Either way, Shirai was a huge star for Stardom before she came to the WWE and she was able to provide a bit of congratulations for their time. You can watch the video below.
