During this current babyface run for Kevin Owens, much has been made of his lack of loyalty to partners. Roman Reigns has often repeated it, and it was brought up again on last night’s SmackDown when Cesaro and Daniel Bryan referenced three specific people…or two if you missed the joke.
Bryan referenced a partner of Owens he couldn’t remember, though admitting that he should’ve made a list. Fans quickly picked up that this was a reference to Chris Jericho, though it was no doubt told that way because of him being employed by the competition. Well Chris Jericho certainly got the joke, and he responded to the segment on Twitter in an amusing way only the Demo-God can.
