In the age of COVID-19, you have to be careful not just for yourself but the safety of others around you. Properly social distancing and wearing a mask is key to stopping the spread of COVID-19 and that goes for everyone, WWE and NXT Superstars included.
NXT has had their share of issues with COVID-19 since the pandemic began, and it seems like one more may have popped up on social media recently with a star on NXT that’s getting major airtime as of late.
A user on Twitter, @CharlotteEmpire, posted a video from Kacy Catanzaro that was on her Instagram story where it seems the NXT star was out and having fun with friends. Nobody was wearing a mask in her group, and the user was clearly upset and frustrated Catanzaro would flaunt a night out avoiding safety measures.
Catanzaro eventually deleted the video, but the user was able to pull the recording and made it available. Lots of fans commented on it, especially in the wake of Steve Cutler allegedly being fired for not being careful and contracting COVID-19.
The NXT roster and WWE Performance Center has been the center of controversy involving COVID-19, including reaching a point the state of Florida considered the building a COVID-19 hotspot. With Catanzaro publicly flaunting her carelessness, in addition to blocking someone for calling her out on her bad behavior, it looks very bad for the former American Ninja Warrior star, who’s currently getting a push on television.
