Is Ryback Signing With AEW?

For the majority of fans, you can take a deep breath and relax.

Ryback recently caused a stir on social media when he declared himself ready to come back to wrestling. He boldly claimed that he was joining the competition in an attempt to help them defeat WWE in the ratings war. The Big Guy heavily implied that said competition was All Elite Wrestling, which drew a mixed reaction that was mostly negative when it came to the idea of him working for AEW.

Dave Meltzer got a question about Ryback joining AEW on his Sunday Night’s Main Event podcast, but he took to F4WOnline to give a firm answer on that for everyone.

“We got asked earlier today on SNME about Ryback and AEW. Ryback teased signing a new deal with the competition. He’s not signing with AEW.”

Ryback may claim his words were part of WWE spreading misinformation about him and causing him to get “shadow banned” on social media, but Ryback said himself he was heading to “the competition” and implied it was AEW. His bizarre rants have continued, causing friction with WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry, who he’s had a war of words with recently, going as far as to saying he’s considering legal action against Mark Henry for his statements, claiming he’s being used by the WWE to make him look bad.
