Roman Reigns Talks About Getting New Entrance Music

Roman Reigns has admitted he wasn’t fond of The Shield’s theme music. Unfortunately for him, he wound up inheriting it when the group parted ways and hasn’t really had it changed since then. Thankfully, it seems he’ll be getting new music soon to go with the new persona he’s developed over the past few months.

Though he’s said it before, he brought it up again in an interview with Bleacher Report, saying that not only is it on the way, but they’re going through a lot of steps to make sure it fits for his character. He’s even said they’re being “very picky” about the vibe it gives off.

“Yeah, we’re working on it. I’ll just say that, we’re working on it. It’s not easy. I’m not gonna just… with this character, it’s gotta be the right vibe. You know, I can’t, you know, be… you can’t just hire a rapper… or check out this guitar riff. It can’t just be some rock music.”

It’s been talked about for several months now, so it’s clear they’re doing their best to make sure it goes right. And WWE probably wants to make sure they get it right on the first try so they don’t have another debacle like they did when they gave Keith Lee new entrance music.
