AEW Dynamite Sees Ratings Increase In Win Over NXT

AEW had night two of New Year’s Smash last night up against the start of the Dusty Rhodes Classic on NXT. Who won this week’s viewership?

Showbuzz Daily has reported AEW Dynamite drew 762,000 viewers with a .30 in the 18-49 demographic, while NXT had 551,000 and a .14 in the same stats.

It’s another win for AEW, who barely defeated NXT’s New Year’s Evil special last week, with AEW winning 662,000 to NXT’s 641,000. AEW won the demographic battle that night too with a .25 to NXT’s .16 in the 18-49.

The week prior was a massive win for AEW with the Brodie Lee tribute show, AEW having 977,000 viewers to NXT’s 586,000.
