On this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, the collective unit of the Inner Circle faced off against Top Flight, Best Friends and the Varsity Blondes in a huge tag team match.
During the match, JR strongly put over Griff Garrison by making a brief comparison to Adam Copeland. Also more commonly know as WWE superstar, Edge.
I signed a young man named Adam Copeland at one time. Griff Garrison reminds me of young Adam.
JR threw the comparison out there whilst Griff was in the ring with Sammy Guevara
Strong praise indeed from the hall of fame commentator, though brief. Reminding us that outside of the usual names like MJF, Davy Allin and Jungleboy, there is a lot of potential in this deep and fairly young AEW roster.
