Shockingly Low RAW Rating Could Lead To “Reactionary Decisions”

Monday’s Raw rating is in, and it’s not good.

Showbuzz Daily reported Raw brought in an overnight average of 1.52 million viewers, a very low number for the company. It’s a drop from the week prior when they averaged 1.737 million viewers.

Even more disappointing was how last week’s AEW Dynamite crushed Raw in the 18-49 demographic. Raw drew a .49 for hour one and .44 in hours two and three, while Dynamite hit a .57 in the same demographic.

According to WrestleVotes, news like this isn’t sitting well with the people in charge at the WWE. Perhaps even rightfully so. The company is losing ground on AEW and it seems like WWE is prepared to make “reactionary decisions” in the coming weeks.

What that means is unknown at this time. It could mean the WWE calling on old stars to make appearances, or it could mean shock title changes. The WWE has to figure out what will bring the fans back to Raw while making sure they don’t place the blame on the wrong people or ideas. If this past Raw is any indication, they aren’t on the right path.
