NXT UK Superstar Responsible For Getting Killer Kelly Booked On Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport Last Month

Former WWE NXT UK Superstar Killer Kelly, has said that she has interest from “one American company” but not many people have seen much from her since her time with WWE’s NXT UK brand.

Killer Kelly did recently appear as part of The Collective weekend, when she lost in the first round of the Women’s Tournament to former NWA Women’s World Champion Allysin Kay. Kelly recently revealed to Fightful Select that it was actually NXT UK Superstar Alexander Wolfe who is responsible for her being booked on Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport. She said that it was Wolfe that personally made the call to Josh Barnett and made her appearance at The Collective happen.

Kelly also said that she went through about a month of MMA training prior to her appearance at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport. She added that she is open to more MMA and amateur wrestling training if things went well. Killer Kelly also stated that a potential fight inside a cage isn’t off limits either.

In regards to the “one American company” that is interested in her, she said that due to the pandemic and the issues with visa and travel, things have been slow to get set up. Kelly went on to say that she plans on being in the United States at least until December but she isn’t sure whether or not she will relocate here. Kelly also mentioned that she was able to get into the United States by way of flying into Mexico, then quarantined herself for two weeks before crossing the US-Mexican border.

Killer Kelly was also recently announced as a participant in the upcoming IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Title Tournament, where she will be teaming with Renee Michelle.
