Good evening everyone!! Tim Stiefvater here and i will be here with your for the next two hours for NXT tonight. We have an awesome show tonight. Candice LaRea goes one on one with Toni Storm. The tag team championships are on the line as Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch take on Breezango. The Cruiserweight title is on the line as Santos Escobar takes on Jake Atlas. Also Johnny Gargano has a open challenge tonight for the North American Championship but who will accept that challenge. All of this and more tonight on NXT.
North American Championship: Leon Ruff vs Johnny Gargano
I’m at a loss for words. Johnny Gargano took control majority of the match but a distraction by Damien Priest gets Leon Ruff the win and he is your new North American champion.
Cruiserweight championship match: Jake Atlas vs Santos Escobar
Great match between Jake Atlas and Santos Escobar. Jake Atlas was gonna go for the cartwheel DDT but Escobar caught him and picked up the victory to remain Cruiserweight champion.
Raquel Gonzalez vs Xia Li
Match doesn’t happen. Boa apologies to Raquel Gonzalez then Gonzalez attacks Boa and says keep her name out of her mouth.
Toni Storm vs Candice LaRea
Very competitive match between Storm and LaRea. Candice picks up the win after using the rope for leverage. After the match Storm attacks Candice only to be attacked by the mysterious figure. Shotzi comes out to help but doesn’t help when the mystery person attacks only to be revealed as Indi Hartwell.
Timothy Thatcher vs Dexter Lumis
What a banger of a match. Timothy Thatcher and Dexter Lumis really went well together. Timothy Thatcher picks up the win after a distraction from Cameron Grimes. Thatcher gets Lumis in an arm bar and pins him. After the match Cameron Grimes attacks Lumis puts a sack over his head and blinds him then double stomps him while being on the chair. Next is Prime Target between Rhea Ripley and Io Shirai.
Nxt Tag Team Championship match: Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch vs Breezango
Great title match between these two teams. Pat McAfee distracts the referee and Pete Dunne attacks Breeze so Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan can win to retain their tag team titles. After the match Drake Maverick tries to take them out but the numbers game is too much for Drake Maverick and Breezango. Thanks for joining me tonight everyone have a wonderful night.
