NXT Champion Finn Balor had to have surgery on Monday for the jaw fractures he suffered during his brilliant match with Kyle O’Reilly at the NXT TakeOver 31. ‘The Prince’ took to Twitter today, to post a photo of himself recovering after the surgery.
At the moment, there is no word on how long he will be out of action. Hopefully this does not mean NXT will be losing yet another champion to injury, following Karrion Kross relinquishing the NXT championship the night after NXT Takeover 30.
Hopefully this should be made a lot clearer after this weeks NXT, we will have to see how WWE addresses the situation.
