The third and final day of The Collective Weekend kicked off with Black Label Pro’s “Threat Level Noon”. The event took place from The Coliseum at the Marion County Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, Indiana.

• Black Label Pro Midwest Championship Match:
  Alex Shelley (c) defeated Anthony Henry and retains the Black Label Pro Midwest Championship.
• Josh Alexander defeated Leyla Hirsch
• The Stunt Doubles (Marko and Logan Stunt) defeated Gaytanic Panic (Danhausen and EFFY)
• The Bad Motherf*cker Scramble:
  AJ Gray defeated Big Beef, Jody Threat, Matthew Justice, Levi Everett, Joshua Bishop and Colin Delaney
• Killer Kelly defeated Billie Starkz
• Top Flight (Air Wolf and Angel Dorado) defeated “Filthy” Tom Lawlor and Erick Stevens
• Black Label Pro Tag Team Championship Match:
  Violence Is Forever defeated Besties In The World (c) to the become the NEW Black Label Pro Tag Team Champions.
• Number 1 Contenders for BLP Championship (Winner Receives Match at Slamilton): 
  Blake Christian defeated Alex Zayne, JD Drake and Ethan Page, and is the new number one contender for the Black Label Pro Championship. (Christian earns a championship match at BLP Slamilton.)
• Black Label Pro Championship Match:
  Jake Something (c) defeated WARHORSE and retains the Black Label Pro Championship.
