AEW had another excellent show on this weeks Dynamite. With Jericho’s appreciation night, Cody challenging for the TNT Championship and FTR defending their tag titles, there was bound to be some set up’s for next weeks show.
FTR defended their tag team titles against TH2, and following the match the Best Friends came out to let FTR know that next week, it will be FTR vs Best Friends in a AEW tag team title match. The match will be held under ‘Brush With Greatness’ rules, which means the match will last 20 minutes.
We will also finally get Lance Archer challenging for the AEW Championship against Jon Moxley, and we will get the new TNT Champion, Cody, defending his championship against the outstanding Orange Cassidy.
With next week being the AEW anniversary show, we’re set for all kinds of surprises.
