John Cena States His In Ring Career Is Not Over

16 time WWE World champion John Cena has stated he is not yet ready to retire.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Cena would discuss this, as well as the differences between the WWE lockeroom and the set of Fast 9. He also took the time to promote his new children’s book Elbow Grease.

You can see some of Cena’s comments on The Tonight Show below:

“With Elbow Grease books, I have a very young audience in WWE. A lot of kids, a lot of families, and as my in-ring career is not as active, it’s not over, but it’s not as active, I wanted to continue to send messages to those younger viewers,”

Cena noted that parents love his “Never Give Up” message that he preaches on WWE television, and he wanted to bring that to the Elbow Grease series.

Cena is staying busy outside of WWE as he is set to star in the HBO Max series ‘Peacemaker’ and host the revival of ‘Wipeout.’

We haven’t seen John Cena in a WWE ring since Wrestlemania 36 (although we don’t ever see him anyway), where he competed against Bray Wyatt in the fist ever firefly funhouse match.

John Cena is one of the greatest of all time, his return would be an enormous boost for WWE. Who would you like to see Cena face when he next returns?
