GLOW Season 4 – What We Know

There is finally some good and long awaited news for fans of the series GLOW. You’ll be happy to know that the wrestling comedy drama series has been officially renewed for a fourth season after the massive success of the third season. It is one of the best and most well received shows on Netflix and has gained a huge fan base with its positive response.

The series is a fun, comedy, sports drama revolving around the stories of gorgeous ladies from the world of wrestling entertainment throughout the 70s. It focuses not just on wrestling, but aims to highlight the difficulties for ladies trying to break into the business. The series has maintained a positive reception ever since day one, with all three seasons receiving rave reviews and now it is returning for an exciting fourth season. Here are the five things that all the Glow fans must know about its latest season release.

  • Season 4 of GLOW is going to be the last and final season of the series. This is indeed bad news for all its fans but should mean major storylines are wrapped up.
  • The full cast of the fourth season will be returning along with the preseason cast. This was confirmed in recent posts by Kate Nash and Alison Brie on their Instagram accounts.
  • Almost every cast member is going to return in the upcoming season. Sydelle Noell, Britt Baron, Chris Lowell, Marc Maron, Alison Brie, Kate Nash, and Bettie Gilpin are all expected to be there.
  • Season 4 is expected to see all of the ladies returning to Los Angeles to take part in Debbie’s new wrestling show. She departed for L.A at the end of Season Three.
  • Because they are moving over to a new promotion entirely, the ladies will adopt brand new personas in season four. Does this mean no more Liberty Bell?

The release date for GLOW Season 4 was originally announced back in 2019. It was announced that shooting would get started in February 2020, but because of the global pandemic, all shows are facing a pause in their filming process. The production and release of the show have been delayed until further notice.
