AEW’s Double Or Nothing PPV kicked off with the Casino Ladder Match, where the winner will receive a chip he can cash in at any time for an Title match.
The match featured a lot of high spots and hard action, including an insane ladder spot from Darby Allin and his skateboard.

The mystery entrant for the match ended up being the debut of Brian Cage with Taz as his manager.

Brian Cage ended up winning the match, and is now guaranteed a shot at the AEW World Championship.
