Who Should Take Becky Lynch’s Place as the face of the Women’s Division ?

The announcement of Becky Lynch’s pregnancy leaves a big hole in the women’s division on WWE. Now, WWE has the opportunity to give the spotlight to many of the talented women they have under contract.

WWE in the last few years has given a lot of attention fo the 4 Horsewomen (Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Charlotte Flair), and now, this is the perfect time to give someone else a chance to prove themselves in the eyes of the fans.

Toni Storm

This Australian wrestler is the total package. Talented in the ring, charismatic and a good promo. WWE has done a terrible job utilizing her and right now she is in limbo between NXT UK and NXT.

Now is the perfect time to call her to the main roster and book her as pillar for the future of the company.

Io Shirai

Io Shirai is the best women’s wrestler in the world. Io Shirai has everything to succeed.

The only problem with her is the language barrier and in WWE you have to cut 5-10 minute promos and with Vince McMahon, this might be a huge factor for not picking Io Shirai as the face of the women’s division.

Rhea Ripley

The former NXT women’s champion had a great start in 2020 but slowly started to lose momentum and her feud with Charlotte Flair didn’t do her any favors.

Rhea has everything you could ask for someone to pick the mantle of face of the women’s division. Her evolution as a wrestler in the last few years has been incredible to witness but she needs better booking going foward.

Bianca Belair

The EST of WWE is one of the most charismatic wrestlers WWE has and her progression in the last few years has been incredible to watch. The only negative on her case is the fact she is green in some aspects of the game, but that can be fixed with time.

She was recently moved to the main roster (RAW) and now is the perfect time to give her a massive push and make her a star for the future of the company.

Saree

One of the most talented women’s wrestler in the business, she has yet to report to the performance center but she is an interesting name to put on the table. In a similar case to Shirai, the language barrier could be a factor against her case.

Saree would be a long shot for the position but WWE giving her an opportunity to show her talent could be what the WWE women’s division needs.
