PCO Wins ROH World Championship While Nearing 52 Years Old

Ring Of Honor held their end of the year pay per view Final Battle tonight. In what was a tumultuous year for the company seemed to end on a high note.

Last year during WrestleMania weekend PCO faced off against WALTER. That match began a career renaissance for PCO, who was best know as a member of the Quebeccers in WWF in the mid-90’s.

PCO began taking many indie dates, created a Frankenstien’s Monster character. PCO would release insane videos weekly of him training with his “manager” Destro. Soon PCO was wrestling on MLW television before signing with Ring Of Honor and joining Marty Scurll’s Villian Enterprises.

PCO, along with Brody King held tag championships in ROH and NWA for a bit this year. But the crescendo to PCO’s resurgence was at Final Battle 2019, when he defeated champion Rush to win his first world championship. During the match Destro came out of a hearse full of smoke machines and revived PCO with a car battery. That lead to PCO making a comeback and becoming champion.

We here at Bodyslam congratulate PCO on this remarkable achievement.
